Red Sky Ranch Metropolitan District

The District owns and operates an independent water treatment plant and distribution system that delivers potable water to each property within the community. Usage for each property is metered and billed on a monthly basis. One-time tap, plant investment, and meter fees are charged at the commencement of construction of a home.

All Red Sky Ranch (RSR) home sites are located beyond the reach of conventional sewer systems. Depending on the location, the home site may be served by a community septic system serving several lots or an individual system on or adjacent to your lot. (Both are referred to as an onsite wastewater treatment system or OWTS) All RSR septic systems are installed by and maintained by the Holland Creek Metro District. Fees to operate and maintain the OWTS on each property are billed to the property owner on a monthly basis. The Septic system engineering and installation is included in the wastewater engineering and tap fees paid to the District.
